Chairman Mr. Liu Ming was born in 1963. 1978~1982 Dalian University of Technology, Shipbuilding Department, Bachelor degree. 1982~1995 Worked in CNOOC Bohai Oil Production Company, senior engineer. Taking charge of maintenance management of offshore production platform. 1995~2002 Shenzhen Jutal Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. (Tianjin), General Manager. Jan. 2002 Established Shanghai Timeast Offshore Engineering Co., Ltd., served as the Chairman. At present, the company has 5 subsidiaries, respectively engaged in submarine pipeline laying, Mr. Liu Ming has been working in the offshore oil industry for more than 30 years,
General Manager Mr. Luo Ming was born in 1974. 1994 Graduated from Southeast University, Mechanical Engineering Department, Bachelor degree. 2005 Graduated from Business Administration in Tianjin University of Finance and Economics, Master degree. 1994~2002 Worked in China Construction Sixth Engineering Division Corp. Ltd Industrial Equipment Installing Company, Responsible for engineering and procurement management of petrochemical projects. Jan. 2002 Established Shanghai Timeast Offshore Engineering Co., Ltd., served as the General Manager.
